Five months ago we started this journey. And last night we finally were able to celebrate with our family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors!
Last big step - finishing our mural! Good progress already made this week!

So much progress in the last 10 days!
Exterior painted, new ADA-compliant entrance ramp completed, stage floor finished, seating installed, stage curtains installed! AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY APPROVED! We are in the home stretch!

Exterior work starting with parking lot repair, striping, and tuck pointing the walls
where the mural will be painted!
And interior work focused on constructing our stage floor!

A lot has been going on since we last posted!
We got our temporary certificate of occupancy and actually held auditions in the space this weekend!
Rehearsal Rooms are done, Cabaret Space is done, Dressing Room and Green Room are done, Bathrooms are done. We have a sprinkler system, a fire alarm system, a security alarm system and a very fancy keying system and internet service.
There is still more work to do to complete the main stage area, but it's coming along!
